Chapter I. General provisions
§ 1
Morgan Club Poland, abbreviated as “MCP”, is privately owned, capable of conducting business
activities that are not competitive for MORGAN MOTOR COMPANY dealers.
The activities of MCP are aimed at:
a. Building a community of Morgan enthusiasts and drivers
b. Popularization and promotion of technical knowledge about Morgan cars,
c. Disseminating and developing the automotive culture among the society and undertaking all
activities for the benefit of road safety.
§ 2
1. The project is supervised by the appointed Project Board, consisting of the Chairman, Vice-
Chairman and Treasurer, indicated in the Annex.
§ 3
The idea of the MCP is established for an indefinite period of time.
§ 4
1. The area of activity of MCP is the territory of the Republic of Poland, and its seat and seat of its
authorities is the town of Chociule 36A, 66-200 Świebodzin.
2. If required by the achievement of goals, MCP may also operate outside the country, in accordance
with applicable regulations.
§ 5
MCP may be a member of national and international organizations with a similar scope and nature of
activity, in accordance with the applicable legal order. The resolution on joining the organization is
made by the Management Board.
§ 6
1. The MCP has the right to use the seal, its own logo, and badges of the organization in accordance
with applicable regulations.
2. The MCP logo and name are the property of MCP and are legally protected. Using them without
the written consent of the Management Board is prohibited.

Chapter II. Goals and means of action
§ 7
The most important goals of the MCP are:
1. Promotional activities aimed at developing the environment of Morgan Motors vehicles.
2. Assisting Morgan cars users in solving technical and operational problems.
3. Assessment of the quality of service in authorized showrooms and authorized and unauthorized
service centers of Morgan cars.
4. The advice under clauses 7.2 and 7.3 is provided in good faith but without liability on the part of
MCP. The decision of the MCP member and Morgan fan following such advice is the sole
responsibility of that person and should seek professional help in case of any doubt.
5. Integrating MCP members by promoting active, pro-health and educational forms of "Club" social
life, tourism, sightseeing and leisure.
6. Improving the driving technique and culture in road traffic.
7. Obtaining discounts on products and services in automotive repair shops and stores.
8. Promoting the MORGAN cars brand.
§ 8
MCP achieves its goals by:
1. Maintain your own website containing MCP information.
2. Comprehensive promotion of proven principles of use and repair of Morgan cars,
3. Organizing rallies, festivals and other events related to Morgan vehicles.
4. Promoting safe car tourism and motor sports.
5. Cooperation and mutual assistance of members of the MCP.
6. Collecting and correctly managing funds to achieve the goals of the MCP.
7. Maintaining cooperation with official representatives of MORGAN MOTOR COMPANY in Poland in
order to provide MCP with the best access to information on products and services offered by this
company.
8. Maintaining cooperation with business and private persons.
11. Maintaining cooperation with other organizations of a similar nature of activity.
12. Other activities consistent with the objectives of the MCP, inspired by its members.

Chapter III. Members of the MCP
§ 9
MCP members are divided into:
1. Morgan vehicle owners
2. Morgan fans
3. Honorary Participants of the MCP
§ 10
1. The owner of the Morgan Motors vehicle, as well as a sympathizer of the Morgan Motors brand,
may become a member of MCP, upon payment of the annual club fee determined by the
Management Board.
§ 11
Admission to MCP Members is made by the Management Board by way of a resolution after the
candidate for membership submits a declaration of joining the MCP and after paying the first annual
fee appropriate to the calendar.
§ 12
MCP members are entitled to:
1. Participate in the life of the club
2. Submitting postulates and motions and expressing opinions on the activities of MCP.
3. Participation in all kinds of trainings, rallies and events organized by MCP and organized by other
national and international organizations, representing the colors of MCP.
4. Take advantage of all kinds of discounts provided to MCP members by entities cooperating with
MCP.
5. Wear MCP badges and represent of the club.
§ 13
MCP Members are responsible for:
1. Compliance with the bylaws and arrangements of the MCP Board of Directors.
2. Active participation in the activities of the MCP.
3. Use the MCP signs to label your vehicle.
4. Dignified representation of the MCP.
5. MCP is not responsible for the actions of a member that are inconsistent with the position of the
Management Board and that are detrimental to the general values of social coexistence.
6. In the event that the Management Board finds that a member of MCP is acting in a manner
inconsistent with the goals and standards of the Club, the Management Board may decide to issue a

warning or remove such member from the club. In this case, the club member is given the
opportunity to explain his behavior in writing. The final decision regarding membership is made by
the Management Board.
§ 14
Membership in the MCP expires as a result of:
1. Resignation of a member notified in writing to one of the members of the Management Board.
2. Failure to pay the annual calendar contribution
3. Death of an MCP member.
Chapter IV. Final Provisions
§ 15
In matters not covered by these statutes, MCP is governed by a peer court and the decisions of the
Board.
§ 16
These statutes enter into force upon confirmation by the MCP Management Board.
